Most newer iPhone / Android models support eSIM, but it depends on model + region.
- iPhone: Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → look for “Add eSIM”.
- Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → look for “Add eSIM”.
- If you can’t find it, your device might not support eSIM (or it’s locked by your carrier).

You can install by scanning the QR code or using the Quick Setup link (if provided).
- iPhone: Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code.
- Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM.
- Keep Wi‑Fi on during installation.

The plan starts when you activate/use the eSIM in the destination country (first successful connection).
- You can buy now and activate later.
- After purchase, you have up to 60 days to activate.

Usually yes (Dual SIM). Many phones can keep your physical SIM for calls/SMS while using eSIM for data.
- Select the eSIM as your “Cellular Data” line.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM if required.

When it expires, data stops working. You can purchase a new plan for the same country.
- You can keep the eSIM profile on your phone for records, but it won’t provide data after expiry.

Refunds depend on whether the eSIM has been installed/activated/used.
- If you haven’t activated it, contact support and we’ll check your order.
- If it’s already activated/used, refunds are usually not possible.
